CueAgents

Concept studies / Signals into useful work

A cue becomes
a coordinated response.

These three studies make the CueAgents idea concrete. Each begins with an event, gives the work defined roles and ends with a result someone can inspect.

Illustrative workflows and product possibilities. No live agents, integrations, customers or performance results are represented.

01 / Research desk

From a question
to a sourced brief.

For teams that need a useful first account of a topic, with the material behind it close at hand.

A research cue branches into source gathering and question refinement, then joins at review
Concept route / Research work with an evidence checkpoint

The cue

A team submits a scoped question, approved sources and the decision the brief should inform.

The roles

A retrieval role gathers relevant material. A synthesis role drafts the account. A checking role tests whether the cited material supports each important statement.

The handoff

A reviewer receives the draft, source links, disagreements and unanswered questions. Sharing the brief remains a separate decision.

A possible first product: a research workspace that keeps a question, its sources and review history together. Its usefulness would depend on evidence quality and review effort, not the number of agents shown on a diagram.

02 / Client support

Route the request.
Prepare the response.

For support teams whose routine questions and sensitive exceptions need different handling.

A support request reaches a routing decision; routine work and exceptions take different paths
Concept route / An exception has somewhere to go

The cue

A new request enters a service queue with the context the requester has authorised the team to use.

The roles

A triage role identifies the subject and missing information. A response role prepares a draft using the relevant approved policy.

The handoff

The system marks uncertainty or an action outside its authority. A person can review a draft or decide an exception before anything consequential changes.

A possible first product: an agent-assisted support desk focused on one request category. Reviewable drafts, clear escalation and accurate policy context would be more meaningful promises than “automates every conversation.”

03 / Operations handoff

Carry the context.
Clarify the next move.

For teams where work stalls between one completed task and the next responsible owner.

A handoff moves through a completeness check and a prepared plan before an approval checkpoint
Concept route / Prepared work before an approved change

The cue

A project reaches a named checkpoint, or a team member explicitly requests a handoff review.

The roles

A checking role identifies missing fields or dependencies. A planning role drafts the next tasks and proposes an owner for each.

The handoff

A responsible person confirms the plan. Approved changes are recorded so the next team can see what happened and why.

A possible first product: a handoff assistant for a specific operational process. The initial scope should define its supported records, permitted changes and behaviour when a dependency is missing.

The company behind the workflow

Start with one useful cue.

A company does not need to launch every possibility at once. CueAgents could start with one audience and one recurring piece of work, then expand as its workflows become dependable.
